Orders place before 12 noon, will be shipped out on the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the following business day. Please note: if your order includes a presale item, your order will be shipped out based on the presale shipping date specified. If you would like your order to be shipped separate, please add to note. Additional shipping fees may apply.
We do deliver to P.O. boxes via USPS. We also ship internationally but please keep in mind that both the shipping rates and shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Also, keep in mind that import taxes vary from country to country. Please contact the customs department for the country you are having your package delivered to if you have any concerns regarding customs/duty taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT taxes, duty/customs taxes on good purchased outside of the country that the package is being delivered to.
Wholesale orders will not be charged a shipping fee upon checkout. Once orders are fulfilled and ready to be shipped, shipping fees will be charged to the accounts provided. Example Fedex, UPS, or credit cards.
Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. If it is a Limited Edition Item and the product is still in stock, we will be happy to exchange it for you. If not, we can issue a store credit for a different Maiden Lifestyle product. Returns will be accepted if product is unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair and odors smoke, cologne/perfume, sweat). If product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our team. To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original packing slip (if available) and note the changes you would like for us to make. For approved exchanges and returns we will send you a prepaid return label. Upon receipt of return, we will contact you and provide you with your credit and/or new tracking number.
